According to a call I placed to the Laughlin Visitors Bureau the all of the vehicle traffic is open into and out of Laughlin except on Casino Drive south of Harrah*s and Harrah*s itself is still in lockdown and nobody is allowed to enter or leave the Harrah*s property and guest were being told to stay in their rooms.
