The first 4 chips on the top and second row are from the casino Oasis in Tumen, Russia. These chips also have values in the old non-devalued rubles. They are obsolete and have no circulation now. Harry got these chips from a frind of his who happened to know some of the casino managers and they allowed him to buy their out-of-date chips.

The 4 chips on the bottom row are from the Casino Kare, also in Tumen, Russia. It's anaother siberian city Known as Oil's city. The word "Kare" [Kah'reh] means "four of a kind" in poker lingo. Chips from Tumen were provided by another friend but no other information regarding the casino.

Casino Iceburg, again in Samara, Russia. Nothing special about this casino. It's located in the central square of the city, Kuibyshev Square. Kuibyshev was another Soviet politician, minister of Industry. Sumara was named Kuibyshev City during the Communist period.
