Another question regarding Gaming Commission approval of chips and tokens. As a collector of Hard Rock, I noticed the following were approved but, as far as I know, not released:

Is there a time limit to when a chip is released after approval? And does anyone have any idea when these chips may be released and what for. I was thinking perhaps these might be roullette chips, but I though that there are seven colors for each of the 3 series. And what about the number after no cash value, #5000, what's that? If you've got more info, love to hear from you.
