Peter; As a layman, I have one respectfully submitted question for you. Is it YOUR opinion (as an attorney) that David W. has done nothing improper because he has "cooperated fully" ... and that the club should take no diciplinary action against him?

I realize that David is no longer a club member... but there are still sanctions that can be invoked if he is guilty of some impropriety... (whether he has "cooperated fully" or not) or is he to be held completely blameless (which is the impression I'm beginning to read from some of the legal minds posts).

BTW: I REALLY like Pam's thought process .....
