1) I do not think the current board is incompetent, negligent, stupid or dishonest.

2) I feel pretty comfortable that they will end up taking whatever action is appropriate.

3) My earlier statement, "That's one of the dumbest damn things I ever heard of!" referred only to the decision to make the online community wait to hear some news until the rest of the club could hear it also.
