This is not about posting information. The suggestion to post came from many members and for the most part in a cordial or straightforward manner. It is about those who mindlessly and shamefully question the integrity of the Board and who describe us as "negligent and incompetent" and "derelict in their duties".

ON WHAT FACTS DO THE TWO OF YOU BASE YOUR ACCUSATIONS?

Neal is a wonderful, energetic, intelligent and hard working member of the Board. We have our differences but we work through them in a manner that allows us to move forward in a positive way. You seem to be looking to make trouble. I have a rule that helps prevent me from posting in a manner similar to both of you. I write my post but then I wait a while, sometimes overnight, before posting. I learned this during my past experience as a Board member. Maybe you should do the same.
