I feel that even if David Whalen didn't intend to deceive anyone and did not misrepresent the remanufactured chips for what they were that he still created a big problem. SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE WILL RIP OFF ANOTHER CHIPPER BY MISREPRESENTING THESE REMANUFACTURED CHIPS AS AUTHENTIC. Can anyone dispute this?
