... between February 5th and February 8th, I submitted to the Board a series of five reports regarding my brass core inquiry. They were sent by email and when printed out, totalled 39 single spaced pages.
The first report was an introduction and overview. The other four each addressed a specific individual. Of those four, I characterized one as completed and three as "interim", based on the fact that I had received a lack of cooperation from certain members and felt that a further attempt should be made to obtain information from the non-responsive individuals before finalizing those reports.
Because it appeared to me that I had exhausted my ability to obtain cooperation from the individuals involved, I suggested that the club president or his designated representative attempt to obtain their cooperation. I am not aware what, if any, response was forthcoming to any such effort.
It is not my place to speak for the board, but I can say the following:
1) this inquiry involved serious allegations of misconduct; and
2) that I did and still do consider it inappropriate to make the specifics of the unresolved allegations public until a final determination of the issues has been reached.
Because I don't know which aspects of the situation have been further resolved since I submitted my reports, I cannot say which of them I think could be announced immediately.
