I will emphasize that I personally never met the person, never saw him do it, and never heard him say he was going to do it or had done it.

BUT, I have heard SEVERAL people say this person has and still does deface new LE chips and return them to the cage for no apparent reason.

I was recently told I do nothing for the AC Chapter and do nothing but stir the pot. If this post falls into that category, SO BE IT. There is no room in this hobby for a P.O.S. like this.
