While standing in line for the $100 Hooters chip, one person from the AC "area" was being talked about that does such a thing. It seems it is common knowledge who the person is that does it in AC. Don't ask me the name, because I honestly foget the name and have no first hand knowledge of this going on. I've heard it from several people that it does go on and they were talking that it went on most recently for some of the Trump Marina properties chips released last Fall. It appears this person makes NO secret about what he does.
