Hello all,

I downloaded the new Netscape version and installed it now I am having a problem -BIG PROBLEM. It changed my file names in all my scanned chips - it affixed "N" to all the scanned files. I tried to scan to a new directory still it does affix its "dumb 'N'".

When I "File Upload" for thechipboard.com, it does its work and upload the file without the "N" but then I cannot access the uploaded scans using "Optional Link URL". What you see is the "graphic" below but not the scan chips.

WHAT SHALL I do except to uninstall the new version and go back to the old version 4. Stupid program tries to contol me.

PLEASE HELP.
