Don't know what casinos were related...but the Royal Inn matchbook says "Michal Gaughn & Frank Toti's". It was at 305 Convention Center Drive.

The Royal Casino was at 99 Convention Center Drive, one of the matchbooks I have from there says "Joe Slyman's". So I doubt that those two were connected....
