You not only wouldn't be the first, you wouldn't be the only one currently using such ads to find chips.

You want to be careful how you word such an ad. Don't make it look like you'll pay face value for any chip, otherwise you'll be having to explain why a dogmeat-condition common chip isn't collectible.
