Could have been Reno as the tournament was held there pre LV. I opt for LV because of Shelton in it. Would have been pre 1991.

Slims last tournament was in Laughlin in Jan 1991. My 1st Queens Classic announced in Feb 91 kept players from going to Laughlin and it sort of failed.
