Among the items in his newsletter (always interesting) are a report of the postponement of the "2002 Poker Million Tournament" which I believe had been set to play in England and a note that "* * * noted poker player and entrepreneur Lyle Berman and TV producer Steve Lipscomb announced plans for a 13 week televised US poker tour. I'll provide more information about that as it develops. One thing is certain. Even with a monkey wrench (the Brit's would call it an adjustable spanner) thrown into the Poker Million's works, our game has a future on television, and whether it's the Poker Million, the Berman/Lipscomb venture, or someone else, we're likely to see high level poker in our homes sometime soon."
It's a fun weekly report; Andy is a gifted writer as well as a top player (though he's never played with the Pigeon).
