I have several chips from there. One is a C&S J on one side L on obverse. Mike Spinetti got them from an insider. I have never seen yours. It looks like a generic poker chip and could have been used on the roulette table. Problem is, many were sold and no way to prove yours was one that was used. Many older illegals used generics.
