Does anyone have a listing of how many different demomination have been issued. For example is there a 3 cent chip and who issued it. I realize that there is no need to list the common every day values. I was told there was a 12 1/2 cent chip for example. Has anyone ever seen a 20 cent chip or a $15 chip. I think it would be interesting to know some of this information.
