All reports are that the Chinook Winds show was great and everyone had a good time. As Jim predicted, the weather finally let up long enough on Friday to allow for safe passage from the Seattle & Portland areas to the show (still wet, but hey, that's an everyday thing around here). Now if it had only stopped snowing here long enough for me to dig my car out, then all would have worked out perfectly! After having so much fun last year, I hated to miss it, but that's what I get for living in Idaho anyway!
Many thanks go out to Jim and his crew for again making the show a success, and thanks also to everyone who braved the storm to come up. The show grew again this year, and I'm hoping he's planning to make it an annual event! Next year I'll rent a dog-sled!
