Got it last year when I was in Reno and stopped by the Eldorado and asked about any slot cards they might have that were different from their regular gold card. The man behind the counter at the high limit slot area said he would make me one up that was different and it was the Eldorado Gold hologram card. I felt fortunate to get the one so I didn't ask for any extras or a blank hologram card.

Looks like I've got one good slot card in my collection after all!

BTW I never used it in any of the slot machines so it's still as clean as issued!
