Len Miller A.K.A. Coach miller, was the owner of the Oceanside Card room. Inherited his fortune from his father (a real estate developer, I believe) and had to close the club when Ocean's 11 opened up. Ocean's Eleven was just off the freeway, and seen by the freeway traffic, whereas the Oceanside Card room was inland about 2 miles.

Oceans Eleven Casino (a converted bowling alley)did a top notched job and just took all the business away from the Oceanside Card room. Probably one of the best looking card rooms on the West Coast (save possibly the Emerald Queen in Tacoma.)
