I don't know what to believe. As I said later on down this post .... I don't know who is right and who is "incorrect". I'm not taking sides. I have no clue about the Apache Casino ... although I vividly recall when I first started collecting Las Vegas chips many many years ago, that I received several inquiries from some well known names in the hobby to purchase any Apache chips I had in my collection... including Harvey Fuller. When I offered the hot stamp with the Indian head dress chip that was pictured by someone else in this thread ... it was promptly returned as "not the chip I'm looking for".
There was also a crest and seal chip with a very colorful indian headdress I've seen that was said to have been from the Apache Casino.... possibly a roulette. That too was debunked as not being genuine.
Good luck in solving the mystery about the Apache Casino. It's been going on for some time now, and my guess is that this discussion will continue to go on for some considerable time to come.... just like the Loch Ness Monster.
