I just learned something about Priority Global shipping this week. I shipped a pile of chips to the United Kingdom... I used the flat rate envelope provided by the USPS - rate was $9 if under 1 lb.
(paid by buyer of course) - but no customs forms were needed. Expected delivery time 3-5 days.
