The HCE mold has been sold several times.
Mark Lighterman & I found 7 years of HCE records in FL two years ago, with chips dating into the 90's. The mold is now owned by a NJ distributor, Jordan Burke, and could be made today. He would have bought the mold after our records ended.

Tyrus, I think the chips you are showing are older than 4 years. If you talk to him again, ask him if the club moved to NJ prior to the date you are quoting. Maybe from NY.
