Sometimes the Indian casinos DO sell their old chips. When Cow Creek in southern Oregon changed names a couple of years ago, the old rack was up for sale. The buy was too big for me, but I understand they did go to a dealer. I don't think any of these were cancelled, either. Would make reasonable home play chips.
