Now and then you read posts about problems of rising cost in auctioning. They cut so much into the monies that otherwise would go to the buyers and sellers.
Maybe a "chapter" of the auction along the lines of the chips, tokens, slot cards and other highly related collectibles sponsored by the national club or organized along a "corporate form of business" by some of the top chip dealers. I am sure that the group can police their own rank to make it more effective, efficient and enomomical.
The "jackpot auction" I think is a good alternative especially if it can be expanded to a
wider market and exposure. This effort of "ja" must be encourage as a competing force to.....competition is healthy for both the buyers and the sellers.
