You hit the nail on the head. Andy is doing things exactly as he should. If I were him I would not do anything different than he is now.

I took a look at that "mint condition" chip for which you left a link. Funny how the seller said "retired from use" and then followed by "likely never saw play".

Seems like it was either retired or never saw use. Not both.

None the less. I would never call that chip mint.

"Used" seems like a better term for that one.
