Re: Are AIRTITES safe?Richard...

If you are still concerned about the rings, You can check with your dealer of them and see if they have them in a Direct Fit size. That will allow you to use AirTites without the rings. I have some for standard chips so I know they are available. I keep all my chips in AirTites and put them in the die cut cards that they fit into. The square cards are then the right size to fit in boxes that hold 20 chips/tokens each. If you have Silver strikes, they use the same boxes but you need to get a card with a larger hole. There are holders that have rings in them that fit in those cards. I think you can get those in direct fit also but don't quote me on it. The Silver strikes will only fit 10 or maybe a couple more to a box. The reason for this is because the SSs are thicker and after 3 tokens will exceed the spacing of the slots in the box.

I get mine from two different places but there are other people here who sell them. Cassidy Frames and JP's Corner who sells alot of them on eBay. I have had good experiences with both dealers who have been very helpful in directing me to the right AirTites for my needs.
