Steve; "Holed or cancelled" is not a grade ... but a description of condition ... much like "warped" or "concrete residue". No need to withdraw now. You've made your valid point ... which I agree with ... and probably many other chippers agree also.

As has been indicated before ... the most objectionable phrase "not desirable to most collectors" was inserted without keeping illegal collectors in mind and will in all probability be modified with the final draft. However, everybody now knows that illegal collectors will keep anything! (It's a joke Steve ...lighten up!)
