On January 20th I won an auction on ebay. I promptly sent payment via priority mail as I always do. About a week ago I still had not received the chip. I emailed the seller and did not get a reply. I emailed the seller again and did get a reply. The seller told me he either lost the chip or did not have one when he listed the item. He said he thought he had the chip when he listed it. He told me he would try and get one from another dealer.

A time passed and I emailed him again to inquire about the chip and was told he could not find another chip. I asked him for a list of chips that I could choose from for a replacement. He wrote back and offered me one chip. It was a chip that I was not interested in.

What should I do at this point? I feel I'm being patient, but I would like to have my chip. Should I give this person a negative feedback? I'm worried that if I do that he will give me one. He still has not posted feedback for me. I just need some opinions. Thanks in advance.
