Check out the AC CC>CC Chapter site (http://www.chiptech.com/acchapter). There is a section on new releases. There is also a section with scans of the current house chips, although it is under construction.

I don't know of any new releases coming out soon, Trump Plaza (the most recent) just had a release of 5 within the past few months. For the most part, you can find many LE's spread throughout the casinos on the tables. Some in good shape, some not. Tropicana seems to have many of their LEs all over the tables throughout their table games section.

Taj also has many of their LEs on the roulette table where they release them. They still have quite a few in very good shape. Harrahs also has a few of their $10 commemoratives out.

As for house chips, a few of the casinos (such as Trop) have new house chips - not a change in design, just some new chips with nice sharp edges). This depends on what you are looking for.
