This is the 1991 COTY Award winner, the well known Harrah's/CHIPCO sailboat chip. I am soliciting any and all facts and stories regarding this chip, which I intend to incorporate into the Club's COTY/TOTY/SSOTY Awards Display as an accompanying booklet/guide.

I welcome any input and contributions regarding any aspect of this chip, to include general background information of the chip, CHIPCO (the manufacturer), Harrah's, Lake Tahoe gaming, and anything else that might be of interest in writing up an informative tribute to the chip. Even information like what was going on in the World, the US and Nevada at the time, and commentary of those who nominated and voted (judged) back then.
