Actually, John I did... yesterday afternoon, no answer. That was the Fantasea, the only one we have 'local'. They are a pretty small operation and I think one of the crew takes the calls so I am not sure if they would be much help (but they might be). Anyway, I emailed a couple of people in government on the lottery commission (closest thing to gaming we have in Texas). We'll see what they have to say (hopefully, they will reply).

Dick, I'm not sure but when you go 3 miles out, I don't think you are out of the country (just the state)...I think that goes 200 miles.
