The Offical Guide shows Sam Landy as having a Black $1.00. No mention of the name Bill Deer though.

I was just going to post a question on these chips. Were they actually used as the $1.00 house chip, or more of a comp type thing? Your chip as well as mine show no wear suggesting they may not have ever been put into play. Does anyone have any information on these?
