Last Saturday, my wife, 3 year old son, and I headed down the freeway to HPC to buy our chips. Half way there my wife realized she was without identification for the chips. Thinking that our auto registration, in her name would have sufficed, I continued to head for the casino. When we got there, much to our surprize, they would not accept her registration as ID as it did not have a photo on it.

Well, Sunday morning we made the same trip, this time with ID and a couple of friends in tow, netting us 6 more sets. In an attempt to get two more sets under my ID I showed my license to the cage cashier, she checked her list, found my name from the day before and booted me out the door (not really, just turned me down). In other words, they are very tight on the sale of the sets.

It is my understanding that there will be sets available for So. CA Chapter members on the 19th. I plan to attend.

Meanwhile, I still have just one more set available for trade. I will only consider something that I really want. I collect mainly NV obsoletes (I especially like the old graphics) and scarcer Colorados. If you think you might have something enticing, please email me...adios, Ron
