Sometimes the USPS is at fault, especially for lost or damaged packages or packages that have been opened and their contect removed. In this case, I believe it was the sender using inferior packaging that led to the damage. I am truly surprised at the number of collectors, some who are big names in this hobby, who do know how to safely mail casino chips.
