The postal rates are $.34 for envelopes up to an ounce with a surcharge of $.11 for envelopes more that 1/8 of an inch thick. Charlie, could this be a problem with your local post office? I have received hundreds of packages over the last few years and have never had a problem. Maybe I shouldn't jinx myself.
