Seems like I have been overpaying quite a bit for the past couple of years. Guess I was given the srong information by the postal clerk. I've been attaching an additional $0.11¢ on the first ounce bubble wrappers. Oh well, as the old saying goes, "I can't take it with me," but try to get there without it.
