There was an article in our local New Jersey paper, The Trenton Times, about that slogan. The man on the plane that used the phrase, "Let's Roll" lived in New Jersey about 15 miles from where I live so it's gotten a lot of press. The jist of the article was how they wanted proceeds from any sales utilizing the "Let's Roll" phrase to go to some charity set up by the family. It was on the front page so I only skimmed the beginning of the article and don't know the exact details.
Just in case you missed it, the guy that led the eventual downing of the hijacked plane outside Pittsburgh shouted "Let's Roll" when they decided to attack the hijackers.
