I will then re-define my version of the use of the term 'shill' in these auctions. The seller will not settle for anything less than what the high bidder puts in at the last minute. He could be bidding $1000 or more but as ebay's proxy bidding goes, the $700+ shows up. Once again I say whoever bids that kind of money on chips with this much 'secrecy' surrounding them is either A- loaded with money and doesn't care...B- privy to some inside information the rest of the world does not know about...or C- a shill for the seller.
