I picked this up last week at a yard sale for a buck. It's hard to describe! It looks like a piece of paper that's been laminated, but it's not laminated. It kind of seems like it's sealed in a small plastic air-tite.

Is this actually TCR#N7123? Or is it a knock-off? If it's the real thing, I would love to know a little history about these.

PS Yes, I know the scans are different sizes! It's late...and I'm tired!! The chip is the same size on both sides!
