Hello my 2c worth is if I want a chip, I don't care how I get contacted. I have contacted the losing buyer and offered the chip at their bidding price, they didn't win because that was as much as they were willing to pay. If the seller does not contact them Im sorry. All I go buy is the ethics of our club policy and to represent the chipping community. I have nor will I ever have any sort of obligation to ebay, they raise their fees and do what they must, but I honestly do not care what their ethics policys are. I am a fellow chipper and that is where my loyaltys lie. But that is just my opinion.
