TRADES: I trade face for face (or close). Chip for chip is not so important to me as long as it's not too lopsided. Unless something really special (Playboys & etc.) then I negotiate and those are not on the trade list anyway.

SALES: I will try to sell at cost + $1. Many times my cost = face, sometimes I have to pay face+postage+insurance to me and that increases my costs, so I pass that on. Many here have signed a commetment list & will sell at FACE + $1. A great deal to get on if your supply is at face (live near a casino). On eBay sales, I hope for the MAX and press the postage! This offsets the 200%~300% (or more) mark-up on chips I want from the dealers.
