I agree with Andy and Janice. Pull together some info on available space, cost, dates, catering, room rates, casino manangement involvement and security. Pass along your findings to the Board for consideration.

Personally, I would like to know what kind of direct flight service is available to Reno from all the major cities around the country, especially Dallas.
