The second issue of Horseshoe the Horseshoe Tunica rack was released durring the WPO last year. This year they released again. I thought they were all the same but in the scan you can see the differences. The one released about 2 weeks ago is on the left. The lettering "Horseshoe" is bolder along with the actual Horseshoe, which on top, is bolder. It also extends further below the $1 denomination. The are other differences without getting picky! The UV lighting is also different. The H&C is vertical on the new chip and horizontal on the one from 6 months ago. I'm having a hard time tracking down a good condition first issue for comparisons. I'm sure someone out there can help..
