Bill, You spoke of having a bad trip on the Texas Treasure II boat due to fog a few nights ago. I responded explaining that everyone is at the mercy of the weather. Tonight, (Sunday 1/27) is just such a night, we have a crude ship sitting just offshore with several million barrels of crude waiting to offload but just hours ago the fog rolled in and it's so soupy you can't see across the street. Everyone's stuck and we badly need the feedstock. This little delay will be costly, the weathermen are forecasting the fog will not lift until somewhere around 9:00 AM in the morning (and that's a guess) until then the meter is running. To keep this place running we are switching to some expensive reserve feedstock while we wait. That will equate to around a hundred thousand dollars per hour reduction in profit, wanna' compare THAT to gambling losses? Mother nature always seems to win!
