Can't imagine why anyone would do this, take live chips and put them in a block of plastic. Instant $30 souvenier containing $135 + of casino chips. Cool! No special significance to this piece of brick-a-brack that I can see such as high roller presentation or best pool thong or Best Spinolli from SoCal. Notice too, that there is no evidence that HRH had anything to do with the blob except issue the chips! Think it would be easy to throw if you've got a dog that likes to fetch!
