I have someone who has emailed me about TCR V3572. Seller is somewhat evasive, but says he only has one. There is significant difference in prices between TCR and C&W. C&W lists it as R-9. TCR shows it decreased in value since last edition (perhaps a new find after C&W went to print)

Anyone else been emailed about this chip or have any information?
