I have been staying at Lady Luck off and on for many many years 20? But i was not ready for this. It has been taken over by the Isle of Capri. First this i noticed was the entrey from the Valet fancy but when i entered not a nice picture at the desk i was told that i was staying in the west tower. for a old man with a cane not fun. I was always taken care of and got the East tower close to the casino. then on my way to the room. the Coffe shop was gone and slot machines in the place. the Casino host had only one. had gone . in the whole time i was ther i never was able to see one. there is only one desk now was two. i was told i could not have my vip card. so in the morning i was told i could order from the menu in the Buffett i was in there aver 1/2 hour i could not get coffee or a watress. so went to the Buffett food was cold and not very appatising and they charge $6.99 for breakfast more than any casino i know if in nevada, the coices were very limited. probly saved my life. the slots had the screws turned way down no one was winning. the pit was a total disaster. the whole management is very bad. every employee i talked to was very unhappy. every customer i talked to and that was a lot is never going back including me and i was on a comp. i am moving up to the Main Street Station. best buffet down town very pleaseant accomadations and pleasant pit and dealers and colors. would rather pay than get that kind of treatment. My recomadation go next door to the Gold Spike you will get a better deal.
