If you have a small bankroll, Caesars isn't the place to play. In fact, Atlantic City isn't the place to play. When Claridge advertises that they have $10 minimum tables - you know the place is getting expensive.

If there is a chip releases that week I would look for it from Tropicana. No rumors - just supposition. They have not missed a Chinese New Years since 1999. And the Year of the Horse starts around February 12, 2002.
