Can't say I disagree again. I forgot about the Stephens thing. As you said, It is wierd that a convention center was named for the living and sitting mayor. I am a little foggy as well but seem to recall that there was a connection in there with Stephens and the casino. I have a vague recallection of something being mentioned back when the license was revoked. I too can't go any further as I am not clear on what that situation was.
